About Annette Kristiansen

A Massachusetts native, Annette graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in both finance and marketing while being a Division I athlete. She started her career in finance performing financial reporting and analytics at an international custody bank for five years. Annette has lived in several Boston neighborhoods, including Fenway, Back Bay, and, for the past thirteen years, the South End, where she currently resides. Her firsthand experience living across the city gives her an in-depth understanding of Boston's neighborhoods and market. That passion ultimately led her to a career in real estate.

 

With her financial background, Annette is able to track and analyze market trends, providing insightful knowledge to her clients, whether they are renters, investors, developers, or first-time homebuyers. When she is not working, Annette enjoys exploring new restaurants in the city, traveling, cheering on the Patriots, and going on adventures with her golden retriever, Henry.
